I got same messages using "video blaster Webcam driver". "Dual Mode USB Camera Plus" is the driver name that Windows XP got automatically. I use "Intel PC Camera Plus" or "video blaster WebCam", but CXP3.5 or CXP4.0 beta reject them showing following messages. No USB cameras works on a PC, but they works on another PC.
